· "Portrait Quilts: Memories, Dreams & Reflections" one-woman show at New Pieces Gallery, July 1-31, 1994, Berkeley CA.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITS & TOURS

· "Sewing Comfort Out of Grief: The Oklahoma City Children's Memorial Art Quilts" - traveling throughout the United States from April 19, 1996 through 1999. Ms. Beasley is one of twenty quilters selected nationwide to exhibit a quilt dedicated to the children who died in the Oklahoma City bombing. Sponsored by the Helias Foundation for Art and Human Rights. Ms. Beasley's quilt, "Behind the Barricade" is featured in Issue No. 8 of Art Quilt Magazine.

· "Women of Taste: A Collaboration Celebrating Quilt Artists and Chefs" - traveling throughout the United States through October, 2000. Ms. Beasley's quilt "Bette's Diner" is one of 50 dynamic culinary quilts resulting from pairings between quilt artists and nationally known women chefs. This Exhibition is sponsored by Girls Incorporated of Alameda County and will tour under the auspices of the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service.

· "Roots of Racism: Ignorance and Fear" - Vertigo Studios, 33 North Main St., Memphis TN, Sept. 8 through October 13, 2000. Fifty quilts dedicated to examining the complex fabric of race relations. The exhibit will travel throughout the United States and other countries for two years after its initial venue.

· "El Arte de Coser Arte" (The Art of Sewing Art) - Museum of the Americas, Madrid, Spain, October 23, 2003 through November 23, 2003.

· "Changing the World One Thread at a Time", Val d'Argent Expo, Ste. Marie aux Mines, Haut-Rhin, France, September 14- 17, 2006.

· "Textural Rhythms: Constructing the Jazz Tradition" - touring nationally from February, 2007 through 2010. Sixty four quilts presented by the Women of Color Quilters Network displaying the interplay between jazz and art. Venues include the Smithsonian Anacostia Museum, the New York State Museum and the Rutgers University Art Museum.

· "Roots" and "Love in Boom" were selected as part of the United States Department of State's Art in Embassies program for display at the Ambassador's residence, Windhoek, Namibia.

· "Go Figure" - San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles, November 19, 1998 through January 17, 1999. Ms. Beasley's quilt, "The Three Graces" was exhibited.

· "Fiber Arts 2001" - Gallery 510 Arts Guild, Ltd., 510 W. Decatur St., Decatur, Ill., Aug. 3 - Sept. 11, 2001. Recipient of the Juror's Choice Award and the Nova Gallery Award of Excellence.
